The first Quantum Academy course is being designed around the complete workflow required to prepare, correct and ceramic coat a vehicle properly. The focus is not simply “how to wipe on a coating” — it is understanding every stage that determines the final result.

Clay + chemical decon
How to identify bonded contamination, when to use chemical decontamination, when clay is required, and how to minimise marring during the process.
03 · INSPECTION
Read the paint first
Lighting, defect identification and understanding what can — and should — be corrected before choosing a polishing approach.
04 · CORRECTION
Machine polishing
Pad and polish selection, machine control, test sections, one-step and multi-stage correction principles, refining and knowing when to stop.
05 · PREP
Prepare for coating
Final inspection, polishing-oil removal, surface preparation and creating the conditions required for consistent ceramic installation.
