Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel with 48 hours notice before your next scheduled visit. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. We believe the service should keep you, not the contract.
Can I pause if I'm travelling?
Absolutely. Let us know 48 hours before your scheduled visit and we'll pause the plan and billing until you're back. No charge for the missed visit.
What if my car is extra dirty one visit?
Heavy soiling — pet hair, mud, sand — incurs an additional fee. We'll always call and quote you before starting. Most plan clients keep their car in good shape between visits so this rarely comes up.
Can I change my plan or vehicle size?
Yes — just call us. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades from the next billing cycle.
Do you need power and water on site?
Yes — we use your power and water on site. We're completely self-sufficient otherwise. Most residential driveways and workplaces work perfectly.
Is there a minimum term?
No minimum term. We ask that your first visit goes ahead — after that cancel or pause anytime with 48 hours notice.
