AG Formula 1051 is a new generation liquid-applied paint protection coating developed by Avant Guard β an American company that has engineered a product that sits in a category of its own. It's not a standard ceramic coating. It's not Paint Protection Film. Think of it as paint protection film applied as a liquid, sitting between the two and doing things neither can do alone.
Where a standard ceramic coating adds a thin chemical bond to the surface of your clear coat, the 1051 actually builds measurable physical thickness β around 8 to 15 microns per layer. It self-heals. It resists abrasion at a level no ceramic coating can match. And it delivers a mirror-level gloss that is, frankly, extraordinary.
