Cancellation Fees at a Glance
The following fees apply based on the notice provided prior to your appointment time. These fees are provided in full with every booking confirmation.
What Your Booking Actually Represents
A booking at Quantum Detail is not a casual reservation. From the moment your appointment is confirmed, real resources are committed specifically for your vehicle. Here is what that looks like in practice.
A no-show is not a missed appointment β it is a full day of lost studio time, refused clients, committed materials and preparation work. The 100% no-show fee reflects the genuine commercial reality of what a no-show costs, not a punitive charge.

This policy is provided in full with every booking confirmation email sent at the time of booking.
- β48-Hour Notice RequiredA minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or changes to your booking. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the booking time will incur a cancellation fee.
- βLess than 48 Hours β 50% FeeCancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment incur a fee of 50% of the booked service amount.
- βNo-Show or Within 12 Hours β 100% FeeNo-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 100% of the booked service amount.
- βDepositsSome services require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the required notice is not given. Where adequate notice is provided, deposits are credited toward your rescheduled appointment.
- βLate ArrivalsArriving late may reduce the available service time or result in the appointment being forfeited at our discretion. Full service fees still apply regardless of arrival time. If you are running late, please contact us as early as possible.
