The following fees apply based on the notice provided prior to your appointment time. These fees are provided in full with every booking confirmation.

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before your appointment incur no fee. We appreciate the advance notice.

Less than 48 Hours
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the booking time will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service amount.
100%
No-Show or Within 12 Hours
No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 100% of the booked service amount.

A booking at Quantum Detail is not a casual reservation. From the moment your appointment is confirmed, real resources are committed specifically for your vehicle. Here is what that looks like in practice.

A Full Day Held for You
Ceramic coating, PPF and correction services are full-day jobs. Your booking holds an entire day of studio time and a dedicated technician exclusively for your vehicle.

Custom Ordered Materials
Coatings and products are ordered specifically for your appointment. Gtechniq Crystal Serum, AG Formula 1051, LLumar PPF film β€” these are not generic stock items pulled from a shelf. They are sourced and prepared for your vehicle prior to your arrival. That cost exists regardless of whether you attend.

Other Clients Refused
When your position is confirmed, other clients who enquire about the same date are told the slot is unavailable. A late cancellation or no-show means those clients went elsewhere β€” that demand cannot be recovered.

Studio Preparation
The bay is prepared, the equipment is set up, and the workflow is planned around your specific vehicle and service. All of that preparation happens before you arrive.

A no-show is not a missed appointment β€” it is a full day of lost studio time, refused clients, committed materials and preparation work. The 100% no-show fee reflects the genuine commercial reality of what a no-show costs, not a punitive charge.

This policy is provided in full with every booking confirmation email sent at the time of booking.

    48-Hour Notice RequiredA minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or changes to your booking. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the booking time will incur a cancellation fee.

    DepositsSome services require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the required notice is not given. Where adequate notice is provided, deposits are credited toward your rescheduled appointment.

    Late ArrivalsArriving late may reduce the available service time or result in the appointment being forfeited at our discretion. Full service fees still apply regardless of arrival time. If you are running late, please contact us as early as possible.
