Fair use policy: Plan pricing covers vehicles presented in a reasonable condition between visits. Vehicles with heavy soiling, pet hair, sand or mud will incur an additional cleaning fee — this will always be quoted and agreed with you before work begins. Plans are for a single nominated vehicle and can be paused, swapped or cancelled with 48 hours notice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel with 48 hours notice before your next scheduled visit. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. We believe the service should keep you, not the contract.

Can I pause my plan if I'm travelling?

Absolutely. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit and we'll pause your plan and billing until you're back. No charge for the missed visit.

What if my car is extra dirty one visit?

If your car has heavy soiling — pet hair, mud, sand — on a particular visit we'll call you before starting and quote an additional cleaning fee. You always agree before we proceed. Most regular plan clients keep their car in great shape between visits.

Can I change my plan or vehicle size?

Yes — just give us a call and we'll update your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.

Do you need power and water at my property?

Yes — our mobile service uses your power and water. We're completely self-sufficient otherwise. Most residential driveways and workplaces work perfectly.

Is there a minimum term?

No minimum term. We ask that your first booked visit goes ahead — after that you're free to cancel or pause with 48 hours notice at any time.
