Paint correction is one of the most noticeable upgrades you can do to a vehicle. The difference between corrected and uncorrected paint in direct sunlight is dramatic — and it's permanent.
What Is It
What Is Paint Correction?
Paint correction is the process of removing swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation and haze from your vehicle's clear coat using machine polishing. Over time, washing, automatic car washes, poor drying techniques and environmental fallout leave your paint covered in fine scratches. In sunlight, these show up as swirl marks and dullness.
Paint correction carefully removes a microscopic layer of clear coat to permanently eliminate these defects and reveal fresh, glossy paint underneath. When performed professionally, the process is completely safe — we measure paint thickness before starting and use controlled techniques to remove only the minimum amount necessary.

The results are permanent as long as the paint is properly maintained. Poor washing techniques can reintroduce swirl marks over time, which is why we recommend pairing correction with ceramic or graphene protection.
-
Depending on the level of correction required, it can take anywhere from one full day to multiple days. Heavily swirled or neglected vehicles require more time to achieve proper results.
